This surveying tool gathers disabled people's opinions, experiences and priorities. The information it collects gives us an evidence base to work with, and helps us to influence businesses, regulators and government.
Who is this for?
This is for use by disabled people, people living with a long term condition or impairment, and people with lived experience of disability.
Other users may be answering on someones behalf or from their own experience as a carer, family member or friend of a disabled person.
If you have experiences to share, we want to hear them.
